Yes. Dr. Notes is offline-first. You can create and manage patient records and notes without any internet connection. Internet is only needed for optional features like iCloud backup (if you enable it).

Your data is stored locally on your device by default. If iCloud backup is enabled, your data may be backed up to your private iCloud account for restore across devices. Dr. Notes does not have access to your iCloud data.

If you use iCloud backup, restoring from your iCloud backup on the new device is the easiest approach. If you don’t use iCloud, you can export your data (if available in your version) and import it on the new device.

Try speaking closer to the microphone and reducing background noise. Also check that your device has enough free storage. If the issue continues, email support with an example (what you said vs what was captured).

Yes. You can remove individual patient records and notes inside the app. If iCloud backup is enabled, deletions will also update the backed-up data. If you need help with a full reset, contact us.
