Dr. Notes is a clinical productivity tool designed to help healthcare professionals manage patient information and clinical notes. It is intended to support your work and does not replace professional medical judgment.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter, maintaining patient confidentiality, and securing access to your device and Apple account.
All data entered into the app belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your information and do not access, analyze, or use your patient data.
Data is stored locally on your device by default. If iCloud backup is enabled, data may be backed up to your private iCloud account to support restoration or use across devices. Removing the app may not delete backed-up data stored in iCloud.
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse patient data. Violations may result in restricted access.
Dr. Notes does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain your responsibility.
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or protection against data loss.
We may update the app or these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any changes.
You may stop using Dr. Notes at any time. Managing or deleting iCloud-backed data is subject to your Apple iCloud settings.
