Information You Provide

Dr. Notes collects only the information you choose to enter, including patient details, clinical notes, medications, allergies, vaccination records, and voice recordings. The app does not automatically collect personal data, location, contacts, or device identifiers.

Data Storage

By default, all information is stored locally on your device. If iCloud backup is enabled, your data may be securely stored in your private iCloud account to allow backup and restoration across devices. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Use of Information

The information you enter is used solely to provide app functionality such as viewing records and managing notes. Dr. Notes does not use your data for analytics, advertising, or marketing.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to third parties. Your information remains private unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

Security

Data stored on your device or in iCloud is protected using Apple’s system security features. You are responsible for securing access to your device and Apple ID.

Your Control

You remain in full control of your data. You may edit, delete, export, or remove information at any time. If iCloud backup is enabled, deleting data within the app will also update the backed-up data.

Internet Usage

Dr. Notes works without an internet connection. Internet access is required only for optional features such as iCloud backup.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
